Refund policy

At KeyyTunshae Digital Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy varies depending on the type of product you purchase.


Physical Products (T-Shirts & Apparel)

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at keytunshaestudio@yahoo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not
  • If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

Damages and Production Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at keytunshaestudio@yahoo.com with photos of the issue.

For production errors (misprints, defects, wrong items):

  • We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • You will not be charged for return shipping on defective or incorrect items
  • We may request photos or ask you to return the item for inspection

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item (size, color, etc.).


Digital Products (Guides, Planners & Downloads)

No Refunds Policy

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once you have received access to your purchased files.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation
  • Once downloaded or accessed, the product cannot be returned
  • All sales are final

Exceptions for Digital Products

We may offer refunds or replacements in the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a different digital product than what you ordered

To request support for digital products, contact us within 7 days at keytunshaestudio@yahoo.com with your order number and a description of the issue.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
