At KeyyTunshae Digital Studio, we offer both digital products and physical products. Our shipping policy varies depending on the type of product you purchase.


Digital Products (Guides, Planners & Downloads)

Instant Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation. No physical shipping is required.

  • You will receive a download link via email immediately after your purchase
  • Download links are valid for multiple downloads
  • Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes

Physical Products (T-Shirts & Apparel)

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - Calculated at checkout

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location (typically 7-21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at tunshae2010@yahoo.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Provide your order number and photos of any damage
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
